They need a dynamic Transport Planner to help shape the future of their nationwide transport operations.

The Opportunity:

As a Transport Planner, you’ll play a key role in:

  • Planning the efficient movement of bulk tanks across the UK, using a combination of digital routing tools and local knowledge
  • Collaborating with drivers, maintenance teams and clients to deliver on time, in full and safely
  • Responding in real time to operational challenges and problem-solving to keep loads moving
  • Supporting continuous improvement in logistics efficiency, compliance and customer satisfaction
Your work will directly contribute to: ensuring critical supply chains are delivered smoothly and sustainably across the UK.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who can bring:

  • Previous experience in a transport planning or logistics coordination role
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the UK road network and HGV routing requirements
  • Confident IT skills including route planning software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a calm and clear approach under pressure
  • Experience in tanker or specialist haulage environments is desirable but not essential
