I have worked with many recruiters over 20 years of operational management. Some focus on the candidates but don’t take the time to really understand the company or the role. Some focus well on the role and then flood it with unsuitable candidates. David is one of the very rare kind that merges both elements of the conundrum with inexplicable precision.
