Consortium Professional Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a recognised UK manufacturing group to recruit a Quality Manager for their multi-site operation.
  
This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity where you'll lead a dedicated quality function, implement best-in-class processes, and champion a continuous improvement culture that enhances both product and service standards.
  
Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Manager you’ll play a key role in:
  • Leading the quality function across production, ensuring products meet and exceed compliance and customer expectations
  • Managing and evolving the Quality Management System in line with ISO, BSI, NCC, and VCA standards
  • Championing continuous improvement through Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and data-led insights
  • Developing technical documents, procedures and supporting cross-functional product/process improvements
  • Overseeing customer quality engagement including audits, complaints, and warranty processes
  • Your work will directly contribute to: embedding a right-first-time culture, reducing rework, and elevating product standards across the operation.
Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
  • Significant experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Knowledge of ISO, BSI, VCA, and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Experience leading audits, external inspections, and driving corrective actions
  • Strong data analysis skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Confidence engaging with internal teams and external customers alike
Desirable: use of SAP or similar ERP systems
