In this role, you’ll manage multiple engineering projects from concept through to startup, combining your technical know-how with a hands-on approach. You’ll help design smart solutions, support internal and global customers, and play a key part in the delivery of innovative equipment and systems.

Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from concept to startup—on time and on budget
- Size, select, and specify equipment and processes
- Create process flow diagrams and P&IDs
- Produce fabrication drawings and contribute to equipment design
- Provide on-site technical support during installation and startup
- Support internal teams and train customers where needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project phases
- A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Strong project management skills—scheduling, tracking, reporting
- Great communication skills and contract interpretation ability
- Willingness to travel both in the UK and internationally
- Experience in process design or capital equipment engineering
- Exposure to international project environments
- Understanding of industrial equipment installations
