The successful candidate will have extensive employee relations experience

- Be the go-to contact for employees and managers, offering expert advice and support on a wide range of employee relations issues.
- Manage a varied caseload across multiple sites, dealing with everything from day-to-day queries to more complex cases such as grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Work closely with the Group Head of HR and Operations Director to shape and deliver effective ER strategies.
- Support and coach managers through performance, conduct, and capability issues in line with company policies and employment law.
- Take the lead on complex ER cases, providing guidance on conflict resolution, investigations, and formal procedures.
- Ensure our policies and practices are legally compliant, up to date, and aligned with best practice.
- Help design and deliver training sessions for managers and staff on ER processes, workplace behaviour, and company policies.
