Meet Dawn, one of the Directors here at Consortium Professional Recruitment. Dawn has an extensive background in human resources and L&D recruitment and is the go-to person in the region.

Her ability to evaluate the alignment between a candidate's skills and a company's culture and requirements ensures that both parties thrive in their collaboration. This holistic approach not only aids in successful placements but also contributes to the long-term success of organisations.

Dawn also leads our Consortium Collaborate sessions, with an annual programme of workshops for  HR professionals in the region, covering all sorts of topics - from mental health to menopause in the workplace and everything in between.
