The Role: Client Services Executive
Full-time, Permanent

Are you a proactive and detail-driven professional with a knack for managing customer relationships and overseeing creative production processes? We’re looking for an Client Service Executive to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team where your skills will directly contribute to exciting projects and long-term partnerships.

Your Duties:

You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality labelling and packaging solutions to some of the world’s most recognised retail names. From initial concept through to production, you’ll help ensure every detail is right.
You’ll be:
  • Coordinating the creation and maintenance of artwork and technical specifications
  • Managing sample development and approvals across multiple sites
  • Collaborating with artworkers, designers, and production teams
  • Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for customers – including retailers, agents, and manufacturers
  • Forecasting demand and providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting with stock management and production planning
  • Contributing to the launch and ongoing development of new projects and initiatives
  • Keeping accurate records and managing your own administration
  • Ensuring a smooth information flow between internal departments and international partners
  • Using established systems to maintain clear, up-to-date customer files
What you need:
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious – quality is everything in this role
  • A natural collaborator – you’ll be working closely with colleagues across multiple teams and time zones
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive and solution-focused, with the initiative to keep things moving
  • Ideally experienced with packaging or print – but transferable experience from similar roles is also welcome
