Summary:
Business Partner Lead – People & Culture
Consortium Professional Recruitment are partnering exclusively with this well established reputable business who are a leader in their filed. This is a stand alone position reporting into the MD working as part of the senior management team, an integral role within the business working to deliver strategic and operational HR. You will provide a solutions-focused approach, be able to demonstrate building strong relationships whilst managing the day to day HR operations.
The successful candidate will be process driven, have experience in a generalist role with experience in managing recruitment and training. Previous experience in an SME would be ideal working in an independent senior HR role.

Summary:
Business Partner Lead – People & Culture

- Providing professional advice and guidance on all areas of HR policy and practice
- Update and maintain employee handbook
- Lead and manage all ER across the business
- Provide professional solutions based coaching and advice to managers
- Partner with manager to support recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
- Liaison with recruitment partners to support hiring requirements
- Manage the companies Corporate Social Responsibility program
- Lead and support the annual performance review for the business
- Responsibility for driving Staff IntraNet and internal communications
- Responsible HR Projects around well being and mental health
- Taking the lead on initiatives, celebrating success and employee recognition
- Plan annual team building events
- Identifying training needs across the business. Identifying skills gap.
- Full responsibility for onboarding and induction process
- Managing the Exit Interview process and provide feedback to Directors
- Participate in design and implementation of projects in line with strategic business goals
- Proven track record working in a senior people role
- Experience working within in an SME organisation ideally stand alone
- A full generalist background including recruitment and training
- Positive approach, professional and confidence to deliver in line with objectives
- Can work in an autonomous role with a varied workload
- To confidently deliver as part of the SMT
- Be able to engage with want to make a difference
- CIPD level 5 qualification
