As the Administrator, you’ll be at the centre of a collaborative and inclusive team, helping ensure the daily operations run like clockwork while supporting a driven, professional team.
The Opportunity:
As the Office Administrator you’ll play a key role in:
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of office administration and internal communication
- Providing professional administrative support to Directors and Engineers, including diary management, correspondence and document preparation
- Supporting internal processes such as quality assurance, data protection, environmental, and health & safety protocols
- Managing reception updates, office supplies, post, and coordinating travel and meeting arrangements
- Maintaining accurate records, inputting timesheets, chasing missing data, and reconciling expenses
- Your work will directly contribute to enhancing team productivity and ensuring business operations continue to meet compliance, performance and client service standards
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage diaries, travel, meetings and multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence managing emails, spreadsheets, databases and written correspondence
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly approach
- A proactive and flexible attitude with a willingness to support different departments as needed
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role (desirable)
In return, you’ll enjoy:
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
