As Manufacturing Manager, you will take the lead in shaping this journey, driving daily production performance while embedding modern manufacturing practices and a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will balance delivery with development, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency today while building the systems and skills needed for tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities
- As Manufacturing Manager, lead and coordinate all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets for safety, quality, and delivery are consistently achieved.
- Implement and sustain Lean tools, 5S, and skills matrices to develop people and strengthen capability.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, optimising production layouts, material flow, and efficiency using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Maintain compliance with ISO9001, safety, and regulatory standards, promoting a proactive and engaged culture.
- Use visual performance management (SQCDP) and KPI data to drive decision-making and track progress.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and process alignment.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire your team, building capability, confidence, and pride in performance.
- Experienced in manufacturing operations within line-led or cell-based environments.
- Skilled in balancing short-term delivery with long-term improvement.
- A natural people leader, confident coaching, engaging, and developing others.
- Strong understanding of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledgeable in ISO9001, health & safety, and quality frameworks.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and motivated by progress.
