As the Employment Rights Bill nears the final stages of the parliamentary process, with Royal Assent anticipated in early November 2025 - this session will provide HR professionals with a timely and focused update on the legislation’s key developments, the specific changes being introduced, and the expected implementation timeline.
We’ll explore the practical implications for HR teams, concentrating on areas that will directly affect workforce management and policy. In response to attendee interest, Caroline gives particular attention to menopause in the workplace, probationary periods, and what proactive planning looks like in preparation for the changes.
This will be an informal and interactive session, offering the opportunity to share insights, ask questions, and discuss best practice approaches to navigating the new employment landscape.
