HR Forum - Building neuro-affirming & inclusive workplaces

Everything Autism will deliver the next Consortium Collaborate session, designed to support HR professionals in developing a deeper understanding of neurodivergent identity and creating inclusive, supportive workplaces.

​

The session will explore why understanding neurodivergent identity matters both for individuals and for organisations, the benefits of an inclusive workforce, and what can happen when workplaces are not accommodating. We’ll also cover rights and responsibilities in the workplace, alongside an overview of Everything Autism and the services they provide, along with an informal Q&A.

This will be an informal and interactive session, with the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and discuss practical steps businesses can take to build more inclusive working environments.
