About the Role:

As Production Planner, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and executing a rolling production schedule that aligns with customer demand and forecasted sales. You will work cross-functionally across operations, procurement, and production teams to ensure that output is planned efficiently and that service levels remain high across the supply chain.

Duties include - 
  • Creating and maintaining production and demand plans.
  • Coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to meet delivery targets.
  • Monitoring capacity, material availability, and workforce requirements.
  • Leading weekly planning meetings and communicate schedule updates.
  • Driving process improvements focused on lean manufacturing.
  • Supporting stock accuracy and compliance with business standards.
About you:
  • Proven experience in demand planning and production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  • High proficiency with Excel and MS Office, with strong reporting and data analysis skills. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is desirable.
  • Can interpret complex data quickly and accurately, with strong attention to detail.
  • Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
