The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of Human Resources combined with experience working in an SME with autonomy in a stand alone role.
The role itself:
- Responsible for all employee relations throughout the organisation
- Providing professional advice and guidance on all areas of HR policy and practice
- Support the development and introduction of new and existing policies, procedures, and processes for people and culture
- Creating initiatives to support employees physical and mental well being
- Implementation of annual performance review for the business
- Responsibility for strategies attracting, developing and retaining talent
- Responsibility for driving Staff IntraNet and internal communications
- Responsible HR Projects around well being and mental health
- Taking the lead on initiatives, celebrating success and employee recognition
- Training & Development. Identifying skills gap.
- Full responsibility for onboarding and induction process
- Managing the Exit Interview process and provide feedback to Directors
- Participate in design and implementation of projects in line with strategic business goals
- Manage the companies CSR programme
- Proven track record working in a senior people role
- Experience working within in an SME organisation ideally stand alone
- A full generalist background including recruitment and training
- Positive approach, professional and confidence to deliver in line with objectives
- Can work in an autonomous role with a varied workload
- To confidently deliver as part of the SMT
- Be able to engage with want to make a difference
- CIPD level 5 qualification
- 25 days holiday per year
