Maintenance Engineer ( Nights 4 on 4off)
Location: Hull
Salary: £50,500 – £51,000 + Overtime 

We’re working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to strengthen their night shift engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable business that invests in its people and offers excellent earning potential through overtime.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to keep machinery and site services running smoothly.
  • Diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
  • Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Recording maintenance tasks accurately and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Reacting quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime and keep production moving.
  • Working closely with production teams to resolve engineering issues and support operational performance.
What we’re looking for:
  • Multi-skilled maintenance background (both mechanical and electrical).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, engineering, or production environment.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to safe working practices and high standards.
What’s on offer:
  • Salary £50,500 – £51,000 + overtime opportunities.
  • 4 on 4 off night shift pattern (12-hour shifts).
