The opportunity
Part of a established HR team of 5 supporting in a transport and logistics business. This is a generalist role working closely with senior HR advisors to coach managers to deliver effective resolutions. Assisting with employee relations and first point of contact for queries and supporting the wider HR team with implementation of of policies. You will take an active involvement in all people projects. This is a varied role also covering all recruitment activity.
The person
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- 1 - 2 years’ HR experience
- Some exposure to employee relations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Compassionate, resilient and people-focused
- Confident working autonomously, with a collaborative mindset
- Forward-thinking, solution-focused and adaptable
- Willing to travel and work from multiple sites
- Wanting to grow and develop in the future
