HR Administrator (12 month FTC)

STUDY SUPPORT / PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY
As an HR Administrator you’ll play a key role in:
Maintaining accurate HR records and systems
Coordinating recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
Supporting absence tracking and reporting
Preparing induction packs
Organisation of training courses
Issuing HR documents, letters, contracts
Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
Your work will directly contribute to an efficient, well organised HR function
About You:
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
Experience in HR administration or a busy office environment with a HR interest
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Confident communication skills and professionalism
Good IT skills across Microsoft Office and systems
A proactive, adaptable approach in a fast-paced setting
