Interim Senior HR BP

Interim Senior HR BP
1 year fixed term contact partnering with stakeholders and supporting a team of business partners with ongoing work to develop an inclusive environment across the organisation. The senior BP will work closely with the Director of People to support the people strategy design and deliver of the people strategy.
The role itself
- To deliver compliant and robust HR Advice across the organisation
- Advise strategically across recruitment, retention, performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance
- Lead complex ER and coach, mentor and guide the team of HR BP’s
- Establish and develop open relations with stakeholders and colleagues
- Lead and support organisational change
- Provide technical advice at formal meetings, hearings and appeals as required
- Provide a first class operational HR service aligned with strategy and objectives
- A proven background of managing a HR team supporting their development
- Experience of complex employee relations cases
- Proven business partnering experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders
- Provide a credible, strong but calm approach when working under pressure
- Able to demonstrate the depth of experience you have
- CIPD qualified level 7
- Previous experience leading a team an advantage
- Coaching qualification an advantage
- Delivery of presentations and training
- Confident interacting with senior leadership
