You’ll be the trusted go-to person for your portfolio of clients, providing expert insurance advice and ensuring they get the best possible cover and service. Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Create tailored insurance programmes that truly meet client needs
- Negotiate with insurers to get the best terms and coverage
- Spot opportunities to grow your portfolio and bring in new business
- Work closely with colleagues to support wider company goals
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar insurance role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The drive to meet and exceed performance targets
- Experience winning and retaining clients
- Solid knowledge of the insurance market and confident negotiation skills
