The position:
As the Assembly Technician, you will be supporting daily production tasks, focusing on mechanical assembly work that demands focus, care, and consistency. Full training is provided, and you’ll be part of a friendly and knowledgeable team where high standards are part of the culture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assembling mechanical parts and components using tools and technical guidelines
- Checking for quality issues and ensuring parts meet required standards
- Troubleshooting and resolving basic build issues
- Taking part in process improvements and contributing to a tidy, efficient workspace
- Supporting colleagues and helping build team knowledge
- A good eye for detail and steady hands for intricate work
- Confidence working with tools and mechanical parts
- The ability to follow technical drawings or instructions
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support others
- Basic computer skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Salary of £24,500 - £26,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company bonus scheme, private medical insurance and enhanced pension scheme.
