This opportunity would suit an individual who has strong administrative and customer service skills and is looking to develop their career in a global company that believes customers come first.

The Opportunity:
As an After Sales Co-ordinator you’ll play a key role in:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, resolving product issues with professionalism and empathy
Delivering expert technical advice to guide customers through pre-installation, installation and post-installation queries
Offering proactive advice on product usage, maintenance and performance best practices
Taking full accountability for resolving cases, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication throughout
Supporting warranty processes and facilities management services while identifying opportunities for Sales teams
Your work will directly contribute to: improving customer satisfaction, driving brand loyalty and supporting product quality improvements.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
Proven experience in customer service, after-sales or technical support, ideally in a premium brand environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for a wide audience
A genuinely customer-first mindset, with the confidence to manage challenging situations with calm and clarity
Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities and take ownership of outcomes
Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), SAP and Microsoft Office
Bonus if you have: understanding of tendering, supply chain or order fulfilment processes
You’re flexible, collaborative and curious—always looking for better ways to work and serve customers.
