About the Role:

Are you a skilled Maintenance Tooling Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity in East Yorkshire? We’re recruiting for a key role where you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and repair of essential tooling equipment and facilities. If you’re experienced in fault finding and repair (FFR) and have the hands-on expertise to produce high-quality dies and tooling, this could be your next career move.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform fault finding and repair (FFR) on tooling equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Create and produce high-precision dies and tooling, ensuring adherence to technical standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and complete regular inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Offer insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of tooling processes.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Tooling Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong hands-on skills in producing dies and tooling.
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills on various tooling machinery.
  • Knowledge of best practices in equipment maintenance and repair.
  • A proactive approach to teamwork and communication.
