As Territory Sales Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales and drive customer engagement and market growth within the portfolio.
The business offer a range of engineered products for the transport and logistics markets, and as a Territory Sales Manager, you will have a robust grasp of managing business development and sales cycles associated with capital expenditure and solution sales, ideally but not essentially within these markets, other sectors could be agriculture, automotive, or capital equipment.

- Good base salary with impressive OTE and clearly defined commission structure with combined expectations indicated at 75,000 – 110,000 EUR
- Family friendly with relaxed and rewarding culture
- Remote working – Covering Republic of Ireland (reporting to head office near Dublin occasionally)
- Working alongside the Head of Sales to understand products and markets
- Expand the company’s customer base within the defined territory
- Building relationships with new customers as well as lapsed
- Identify markets and new opportunities to ensure continued revenue growth
- Provide experience and sound technical knowledge to clients
The Candidate
- A successful and proven sales professional that has B2B or corporate sales experience
- Experience of capital equipment sales, machinery, commercial vehicles or supply or other technical products
- Great at developing relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
- Commercial driven with
- Experience in plant equipment, machine specification or other technical product sales is advantageous
