People Partner
Working with the Head of People to achieve operational excellence across a global organisation with focus around delivering exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external stakeholders. The people manager will be heavily involved in leading key projects, building teams and coaching managers.
You will collaborate with the people team to implement strategy to work in line with overall business goals providing guidance on people matters to enhance business success.

The Candidate
- Operational HR experience
- Experience covering all aspects of HR
- Skilled in implementing and developing policy and process
- Problem solving skills with a solutions based approach
- Ability to challenge and influence
- Extensive ER exposure and a proven ability to lead on cases
- A sound knowledge of employment law ideally CIPD level 5 minimum
- Knowledge if ATS and People Management Systems
- True collaboration developing successful working relationships
- First hand experience working on projects
- Dedicated to deadlines, accurate in delivery and willingness to get stuck in to the task.
