Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in refining their commercial offerings, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting the ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement localised marketing strategies that align with global branding and communications approaches.
- Collaborate with various departments and manage external agencies to execute campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, web, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation for achieving desired outcomes.
- Analyse competitor and customer insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, using data to drive decisions and optimise performance.
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in marketing and digital technology, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure compliance with marketing standards and best practices across the division.
Candidate Attributes:
- Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proven success in marketing, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Experience with campaign execution using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- A positive, collaborative team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence effectively and manage external agency relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a self-starter attitude, capable of managing projects independently.
