I’m currently working with a well-established and growing organisation in the construction industry that is looking to appoint an internal sales executive to play a pivotal role in one of their key growth areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving business growth.

The Role:
In this position, you’ll take full responsibility for developing and managing sales activity across a defined market, focusing on building long-term client partnerships. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, generate new opportunities, and guide clients through the full sales cycle – all while working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing new business and nurturing existing relationships
  • Converting inbound enquiries into successful orders
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborating with marketing and operational teams on campaigns and proposals
  • Maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reporting to inform business decisions
  • Feeding back valuable market insights to help shape future strategy
About You:
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within construction or modular building
  • A confident communicator who thrives on building strong relationships
  • Commercially aware, organised, and results-driven
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement processes would be an advantage
