The HR administrator will have overall responsibility for providing administration support to the office and HR team. You will be exposed to employee engagement, training and development, audits, HR systems and reporting as part of your role which offer variety and a challenge.

The role itself
- Provide extensive administrative support
- Be first port of contact for visitors to site
- Support and plan office engagement activities
- Be the main point of contact for all facility related enquires for the office
- To support in reviewing and updating HR policies
- Management of the company HR system
- Providing administrative support and assist with organising training programs and initiatives
- Ensure HR documentation is kept up to date and compliant with ISO
- Coordinate monthly HR meetings and administer the agenda
- Source and organise training utilising the apprenticeship levy
- Support yearly audits and maintain/update company SOPs
The Candidate
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Previous experience working in a HR department or administration role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use your own initiative
- Good IT literacy of all MS packages
- Accuracy and attention to detail with the work you produce
- Willingness to learn and be aware of your personal development
