As Fleet Coordinator you will be a key team member, coordinating fleet maintenance and working with Trucking Managers to improve productivity and reducing costs.

As Fleet Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Book repairs, service requirements and accident management
  • Maintain records ensuring fleet is compliant with up to date legislation
  • Coordinate fleet repairs and maintenance
  • Create Purchase Orders and invoicing for suppliers, repairs and breakdowns
  • Manage vehicle defect reporting and promote corrective actions
  • Point of contact for technical support

About you:
  • Previous experience working in fleet, logistics or transport administration
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in transport management systems and Microsoft packages
  • Versatility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
