As Fleet Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Book repairs, service requirements and accident management
- Maintain records ensuring fleet is compliant with up to date legislation
- Coordinate fleet repairs and maintenance
- Create Purchase Orders and invoicing for suppliers, repairs and breakdowns
- Manage vehicle defect reporting and promote corrective actions
- Point of contact for technical support
About you:
- Previous experience working in fleet, logistics or transport administration
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficiency in transport management systems and Microsoft packages
- Versatility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
