Our client are a specialist and niche Manufacturing firm who supply their bespoke products across the world to various sectors including Electronics, Healthcare, Automotive, Fashion, Pharma, Aerospace and Industrial. The business has undergone significant growth the last few years and are now looking to appoint an additional Electronics Assembly Technician to work on an afternoon shift. The company can offer huge job satisfaction and technical stimulation whilst also promoting ongoing training and longer-term career development.
  
Electronic Assembly Technician Key Duties:
  
  • Electronic Assembly – Soldering and populating PCBs
  • Working to set build instructions and following SOPs
  • Solder through-hole and surface-mount components onto PCBs using various soldering techniques, including hand soldering and soldering iron.
  • Assemble electronic components onto PCBs following detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Some Mechanical assembly will be involved, but adequate training will be given

Electronic Assembly Technician Preferred Requirements:
  
  • Electronic Assembly and Soldering is the essential skill required for this role; previous soldering experience will be required.
  • Must be happy to work on a permanent afternoon
  • You should have a strong team focus, and a pro-active approach, striving to meet changeable demands.
