As a Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in:
  • Creating 3D CAD designs using SolidWorks that balance creativity with manufacturing practicality
  • Collaborating with customers to understand briefs and design bespoke product solutions
  • Supporting the development of new product concepts using in-house 3D printing technology
  • Preparing detailed technical drawings, specification sheets, and assembly instructions
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across the design and engineering processes
  • Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of innovative, high-quality products that support the company’s continued growth and success.
  
Key Requirements:
  • Experience using SolidWorks in a product design or engineering role
  • Strong 3D design skills with a focus on both creativity and practical application
  • Experience preparing technical documentation including BOMs, exploded views, and spec sheets
  • A hands-on mindset and the confidence to work with prototypes and customer-led design briefs
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team
