* You will be a true partner with a proven background in building long standing stakeholder relations both internally and externally.
* Have an established work history in customer experience and customer service management.
* Solid understanding of business processes, developing systems to ensure the highest standards of service.
* A wealth of knowledge around developing customer service policy and procedure.
* Ability and hands on approach to identifying improvements.
* Experience developing reporting tools to enhance customer experience.
* Be confident in conduct training sessions on your processes.
