About the Role:
This is a great chance to join an experienced team, where you’ll be responsible for document control, project administration, and assisting with tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the bid submission team by ensuring tender documents are accurate and up to date
- Print and file construction drawings, maintain hard copy files of live tender and contract folders
- Keep the supplier and subcontractor database updated
- Prepare commercial documents for handover to the Contracts Manager
- Review subcontractor quotations, ensuring they are completed correctly
- Assist the Senior Estimator with material take-offs and other administrative tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a construction or engineering environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when needed
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
