From developing smarter systems to providing the team with invaluable data and direction, she ensures everything runs smoothly while keeping our consultants focused on what they do best.

Her approach is relentlessly positive, with a glass-always-full mindset and a natural talent for interpreting and organising the fast-moving dynamics of recruitment. Quite simply, she’s the one who keeps us on track, underpinning our collective efforts and strengthening our proposition in the market.

Life outside the office is just as full of energy. A proud dog mum, Paula combines her love of karaoke, pub quizzes and fine food with a lively social calendar that ensures there’s rarely a dull moment.
