David is the Managing Director and Founder of Consortium Professional Recruitment. With more than a decade of expertise in executive search and technical and operations recruitment, he set out to build a business that does recruitment differently - with integrity, precision, and a human-first focus at its heart.

Renowned for his meticulous approach, David goes beyond CVs and job specs, diving into aspirations, culture, and long-term goals to create appointments that deliver lasting impact. He is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives, and genuinely appreciates the trust clients and candidates place in him and the team.

As leader of a growing consultancy, David balances strategic vision with hands-on involvement, steering Consortium’s evolution while staying close to the work that matters most - connecting exceptional talent with opportunity.

Outside of work, he’s a dedicated family man with three children, a self-confessed fair-weather golfer (with a handicap best left unmentioned), and has a keen interest in martial arts. Golf swing aside, he brings energy and focus to everything he does, with a determination to see people and businesses thrive.
