
Consortium Professional Recruitment celebrated its fourth anniversary this year with a relaxed, family-friendly BBQ hosted by Managing Director David at his home, the very place the business was first conceptualised back in 2021.
The afternoon brought together the full CPR team, their partners, and children for food, games, and a chance to reflect on how far the company has come in four years. The setting offered a symbolic full circle: from an idea sparked around a kitchen table to a thriving recruitment business serving clients and candidates across the region.
“Marking four years where it all began felt exactly right,” said David. “The past few years have been about people, our team, our candidates, and our clients, so celebrating with our families alongside the team made this milestone especially meaningful.”
Since its inception, Consortium Professional Recruitment has focused on combining a consultative approach with deep sector knowledge, building long-term partnerships with employers while supporting candidates through every step of the hiring process. Over the past year, CPR has invested in training, technology, and community initiatives to enhance service quality and expand its reach, as well as hiring its 8th team member.
Looking ahead, the company plans to build on recent momentum with new client programmes, enhanced candidate experience initiatives, and continued community engagement.
