Completing FEO’s “Unleashing the Entrepreneur Within” Programme – Celebrating Hannah

​We’re delighted to share that Hannah Blades, Divisional Director at Consortium Professional Recruitment, recently completed FEO Hull’s “Unleashing the Entrepreneur Within” programme. Her journey was a testament to ambition, learning, and transformation, and we’re incredibly proud of what she has achieved.

What is “Unleashing the Entrepreneur Within”?

FEO (For Entrepreneurs Only) Hull is a peer-led organisation supporting business owners and growth across Hull & East Yorkshire. The Unleashing the Entrepreneur Within programme is one of their growth-focused offerings designed to identify and mobilise entrepreneurial talent already present within organisations.

Many entrepreneurs experience a dip in momentum after 10 to 15 years. FEO’s programme addresses this by giving ambitious individuals (often internal leaders) the time, support, and structure to lead a project that delivers business impact.

The format typically involves four interactive, half-day sessions (monthly) where participants from non-competing businesses come together to hone strategies, share insights, and drive change. Between sessions, each participant leads a defined project that aligns with business goals - whether in sales, processes, cost-saving, or innovation.
