About the Role:
As a Technical Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both the engineering team and senior leadership with a range of administrative tasks. You will help to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, provide PA support to directors, and contribute to the successful delivery of client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and compile submission documents and supporting information
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to engineers and the wider team
- Deliver professional PA support to directors, including diary management
- Organise and coordinate meetings, resources, and facilities
- Manage travel arrangements and bookings
- Process expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Answer and direct telephone enquiries efficiently
- Maintain departmental and director diaries with precision
We’re looking for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role (engineering or professional services experience is desirable)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (rising with service)
