We are currently seeking an Interim Engineering Manager to join our clients team and lead day-to-day Engineering operations for an interim period of leadership transition.

This contract role offers a competitive salary / day rate based on experience and suitability as well as the opportunity to make a significant impact within the businesses day to day operations whilst working with a superb team.
  • Lead the engineering team to improve plant reliability in day to day operations
  • In this role, you will collaborate across functions as required in the delivery of engineering requirements
  • support in life projects 
  • Act as sounding board for the department as needed
  • Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and play a key role in ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinating team tasks to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with all legislative requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an immediate start for individuals with a background in Manufacturing, particularly within the FMCG sector.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Background in leading an engineering function within fast paced manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
