- This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the workplace runs efficiently. The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of maintenance schedules
- Support procurement activity
- Help maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Monitoring and updating asset records.
- Supporting financial processes related to purchasing.
- Ensuring service contracts are well-managed and compliant
- Liaising with colleagues across departments.
- Assisting with audits, and producing clear, informative performance reports.
