The Role:
This is a fast-paced, office-based position where you’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships and supporting the end-to-end sales order process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Processing sales orders using Sage (or similar ERP systems).
- Coordinating with internal teams (production, transport, suppliers) to fulfil orders accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting production planning activities and associated admin tasks.
- Developing lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
We’re seeking a proactive and organised individual with a strong customer service background and an interest in developing their career within a growing industry.
You’ll need:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with order processing or CRM systems (Sage preferred but not essential).
- A supportive and friendly team environment.
